One of these 360/12wb from 1995 popped up at a local pawn shop. I'm wondering what a fair price is and what a great deal is. It looks to be original and in good shape but I haven't played it yet.

At first I thought it was a v64 or something but I count 24 frets so I thought I'd check with the experts. All the research I've done seems to hold these models in high regard. It looks like people either favor the 21 fret or 24 fret with a few exceptions. Reverb shows value range from 1700-2500 but must of what I see online has them listed in the 2500 to 3000 range.

They have it tagged as a 330 so I'm hoping to talk them down from the 2k they are asking, if I even jump on this.

I don't need another guitar, I don't want another guitar but these things seem to be legendary.

What finish is it?

Be sure to check Reverb "sold items," not just listed asking prices, which are rarely netted.

The WB will have 24 frets as you've noticed. Cool model if you don't care about Harrison or vintage authenticity. If the shop thinks it's a 330, you can probably get a good deal, well under $2k. Unless they think "ooh, a Rick!" and have dollar signs in their eyes.

Yeah I was thinking maybe they'd go 1500 if they think it's a 330.

I certainly like mine. It's had a few modifications (string spacing adjusted for my big bass player fingers, and I added a third pickup and made new pickguards) but most of the time I play and record it in the original 360-style two pickup form. I bought it about 20 years ago for around $2K and have never regretted it for a second.

Nice YCV40WR, Todd...I gigged through one of those for a number of years. Great amp for a Rick.
