Rickenbacker 360 need help with an ID

Howdy I'm trying to find out if this is an 1987 or a 2002 as going by the date on the jack plate it could be either and i was hoping that someone looking at the photos maybe able to give me clear sight on which it is .

I think there was no "O2" in 1987 or any year production so can only be "02" which would make it 2002.

Thanks yes I have re read the system and if it was an 1987 it would be
A letter them 0 so definitely 2002 Thanks to both who replied and yes I do need slow down and read things properly
