D16

Hi All:
Just bought this great Rickenbacker Double Neck Steel D16 that was owned and played by George Lake a very well known musician in the Edmonton (Alberta) area.
I hope to be able to do it justice.

Robert, what a great find. Absolutely excellent! Welcome to the RRF.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

Have to revise my post on year - After some checking and comparisons I believe it to be from the early 1950's - 1951 to 1954.
