While I did not personally register this specific instrument, I can confirm that there are a few of us who still regularly add data into the register.
Sometimes, when you are entering data into the register, you double click on the box that makes it a collected item, and then the instrument is assigned to the person who entered the data.
But it is rare.
Peter has already straightened this out I see.
