Does a ground need to come out of where the red arrow indicates and then soldered where the blue arrow indicates?
Looks like a wire broke.Like maybe that outer wire that surrounds the hot in that gray coaxial wire casing.

I figured it out. The answer is yes, that ground from the coaxial musta snapped off there.
So I stripped the coaxial a little, carefully wrapped the ground threads and resoldered to the ground lug.
Pickup tests 12.04 on the ohm meter.
