Intonation screw size for tapping thread on custom saddles

Does anyone know what size of tap I'd need to tap the thread on custom saddles? Standard 6 saddle bridge intonation screws. Thanks.

6 string saddle is 6-32x3/4'' 12 string is 3-48 x3/4''
