4001 Bridge Pickup Cover

Hey there, I got a '75 4001 awhile ago with some replaced parts and (not surprising) the bridge pickup cover is missing. I actually prefer to have the covers on to rest my hand on so was hoping to find a replacement. I was curious do current 4003 covers work as a drop in replacement or do I need to search for an actual vintage one?
