Hoping someone can help me identify my amp

Hi everybody that reads this!

Thanks for coming into this post to help me out, it is much appreciated. As per the title, I was hoping someone might help me identify my amp. As you can see, it matches the case of my lap steel, so was wondering if it was part of a package that Rickenbacker offered back in the day. I've asked a few other folks and they have no clue. I'm trying to decide whether or not to sell it 'as is' with the lap steel, or have a friend that works on amps tune it up and such first, or just keep it because I love the sound coming out as is. A local music store guy told me not to mess with it if I was planning on selling it because the buyer might want to tweak it himself, if at all. Thanks again for your help, suggestions, etc. I appreciate it!

Check this site out. There is a page on the M & B series, including an "E" that might even be of interest here since I see "Electro" on yours.
