old guitar and pickups

There'seems to be a lot of interest with vintage pickups. I got out some old pickups from my first guitar I got in the 1970s and was wondering if anyone else saw any pickups like these and if they're worth using. My guitar teacher at the time said the guitar was made in a shop and it looks like it has a plywood body. Pictures below.
