Wasn’t someone asking about setup factory specs? So that 11/1000 relief at 7th fret means .011”?
I guess this gives a tangible measurement for what “dead straight” means.

Interesting, where/what is that from? It looks like some thoughtful bass tech or luthier notation.

A lady posted her bass for sale and she told me she bought it from PoRicks but said it was the Ric factory card.
She says it’s 08 but the card says 09

That sounds like something Chris would do. I'm still dubious as it being Ric based, as they seem to mark everything with logos and what not. As to the .011 7th fret distance, it's not what I would call tremendous (less than 1/64 of an inch). The neck gets flexed more than that with a little vigorous play. Regardless it is nice to have a qualified person give a region as to the definition of 'dead straight'.

All I can go by is what seller said.
Come to think of it how would seller know? When she bought it the card was there. How would she know if from Ric or Pick?
Does pick o ricks do setups and give you a card?
I would think it would have logo too, and mention the voided warrantee if different strings used, not warpage.
“Torres” would be more indicative of Cali than Joisey. But seasoned PoR clients can chime in. Maybe someone remembers Mario from those days? Or maybe a Ric rep can chime in.
Please excuse my presumptive thread. I wish I could go back and edit the title now.

I think PotR closed a couple years ago. Not sure if Chris pops in here anymore or not.

100% post-factory.
Also, Mr. Torres is listed as “client,” and as such is neither an employee of RIC or POTR, but the owner of the instrument.
