Ohh god I hope so!!!!

My 620 mapleglo might be in and ready to ship Friday!!!!!

fireglo still doesn't have an ETA.... been waiting since July-ish..... for both....

I won't post the price because it will be way below the price of a used one on revverb and ebbay by about half.....

I don't get why it's so hard to call for a price.... and wait for what you want....

I haven't kept up on recent production changes and speculation, so I'll post what I receive, and be damn happy for it....

I'm told they got 8 in but was only offered one that was out of my weight class.

Now I'm being told no more (mapleglo?) due in, "temporarily on hold from Rick, no new orders until further notice"

fireglo showed up and ships tomorrow....

rounding down, but $450 cheaper than the cheapest used one on the reverb.....

I was first quoted 10/22 then the dates kept moving back, and back and back.... then these showed up without notice...

I'm at least at the top of the SW list for the next batch of mapleglo... who knows how long the wait is now....

I should have my fireglo in hand early next week

by the way, the pictures I got from SW, the fireglo looks to be fairly clownglo-ish...

Yup.

I ordered a 4004Cii bass in 2006 or 2007. There was nothing special about my order, but it was placed shortly before the factory put all 4004 production on hold. I think they were transitioning to CNC manufacturing for that model. I didn't carefully track the dates, but I think I waited more than two years for delivery.

Congrats on the 620! Looks great, and I like the grain in the fingerboard.
