Difference in Toaster pickups

Any sound difference between the drilled for any position wood screw Toaster and the neck pickup with machine screw holes? Just a mounting screw difference or are they indeed completely different pickups?

They’re exactly the same. I assume you are referring to the type that are mounted in a Pickguard versus top mounted?

One has the mounting in the pickup threaded, the other is drilled straight through.
