There are some rabid Rickenbacker enthusiasts on Reddit who are having trouble registering here. I dont visit the site much anymore and can't even remember our Moderators Name. Who is handling "new member" requests now? TIA

I assume that they have tried to register through the normal means, but it's not working, e.g.

Both Peter and Gil should be notified if this isn't working.

Yeah, this is a great community, a wonderful place and a valuable resource but boy, the moderation is slow.

I get it though, people have families, lives and other interests. I've been there too. In fact, the last forum I moderated it was a full time job just keeping spammers at bay.

Oh dear, my apologies. I had completely forgot about this query till I was asked about it on Reddit. Thanks to Doctorwho for your replies. I can only assume the individuals correctly tried to register the standard way. I will pass along this information regardless.

A similar question was asked on the Rick Resource Facebook page yesterday. Mods were alerted about the issue.
