I’ve recently got my 360/12V64 back from the luthier, truss rods pocket repaired, new truss rods installed and a custom cut nut installed too.
I put TI flats on and absolutely love the sound.
Intonation is good too but there’s a problem:
The action is still fairly high and I can’t get the neck evenly flat. The bass side still needs more tension to make it flatter while the treble side has almost too much.
Also, the neck is twisting a little to the bass side…
Any suggestions??

I hope you can see it, look at the outer strings in relation to the fretboard edge/binding.
Also, at the 21st fret, the strings are offset to bass side, even though nut and bridge are properly centred. That's because the twist moves the nut end towards bass side and the straight line (i.e. the strings) between nut and birdge will shift to bass side too.
