Gotta Love Eggplant

I have always been taken by the Eggplant finish. From the Register here is a 4001 from 1973 in Eggplant finish. If you have one, please send in your thoughts regarding this finish. This is such a deep gorgeous finish that really sets of the binding.

Though I love a good fireglo, the dark, dark burgundy from the late 60s early 70s is my favourite colour. And my 4001 from 71 KA002 is still my dream bass.

Jon what a gorgeous 4001. Dark burgundy is a knockout colour. Thanks for sharing it.
