After John Hall retires, who will run Rickenbacker

Just wondering if John Hall has children who will take over the company after he retires....
Im not trying to rush it, but how many more years does he plan to stay on???

I asked about this in a.g.r some time ago. Yes, JH has a son (Benjamin? I think). I cannot say whether he currently fancies the guitar business, though.
