Need template of 620/660 series

I like making 3d designs, and currently I am working on the 4001.
On the list are also the 330/360 and the 620/660 series guitar.
I have a 360 and a 4001, so I have no problems getting the exact contoures off these guitars to input into the computer.
I don't have a 620/660 series though and therefor am looking for a template with the exact outline in the correct dimensions.
I only need the body contour because the neck is no more than some straight lines to draw and the neck profile isn't important.
If someone can help me to this, thanks in advance!

Wim: How about this for the
660?
And for the
620.

Thanks, peter, but those drawings are not really suited for the purpose because the guitars are pictured sideways and that makes it very difficult to recreate the exact shape -I know, I'm being difficult about this
Let me show off some of the work I've already done.
AAAAA Claro wlanut wings with Fiddleback maple neck and semi-see through black pickguard.
Hmm.. very fancy.. I like luxury wood.
the same, but with cocobolo used as texture
or jetglo..
The fun of it is, once the drawing work is done, you can alter the coulours in any way you want in just a sec.

Oh, I didn't read that!
Cool.
Any work done yet?

With the exception of finding software within my budget that will produce awesome output, no work done yet. I haven't abandoned the plan, but haven't found the time to even install the software yet!
Your models look great! Do you have specific measurements, or is the model based on something else?

John,
the model is based on the actual measurements of my 4001. Up to one tenth of a millimeter.
That may seem freaky, but it's important to get the curves right. Once you start you will notice that if some of the curves, especially at the horns are not right, it will produce a totally wrong look.
If you want I can email you the pattern, just let me know in what format it has to be saved.
This will save you a lot of work.
Miguel,
That's what I need.
I guess a 660/12TP is the same as the 660/620 except for the neckwidth?
That reminds me I missed out on a 660/12TP FG for $750 a few years back..
Been crying over it since, but I had just bought the 360v64 and was short on cash
Damn!

Ah well now, just having some fun and spare time;
Let me present you the "Reverse-backer"
I actually like this one!
Or the "Plexibacker"
Don't run away now, it gets worse!!
The "Sillybacker"
Or the "Steinbacker"
(I guess this one's over the top, no?)

Awesome images, Wim!
When it comes to luxury wood, my favorite is quilt maple.

Cool!
Maybe Wim can make you an OceanGlo Paul!

Oceanglo?
Ah, you're speaking of my dream, John.
21 fret neck-through "Oceanglo" in transparent sea water blue quilt maple finish. Headstock and body top is a 1/8" thick one-piece layer of quilt maple simulating waves. No pickguard.
2 toasters installed in the 4004 manner.
The 21st fret is an extension of the fingerboard into the body. One volume and one blend/pan knob.
White body and headstock binding.
Finish example:
Headstock with Chinese dragon TRC. The fireball that the dragon chases is a red jewel stone surrounded by flame inlays.
"Cresting wave" fingerboard inlay in Paua Heart shell material.
Knobs are upper torsos of dolphins. Installed vertically, it looks like the dolphins are jumping out of the water.
And how about a neck-through, hollow body Oceanglo with the body wings routed out for sound chambers? The lower soundhole, with white binding, might look like this:
And maybe no soundhole in the upper body wing.
I plan to start my Oceanglo project this year.

Wow! You really thought it out since we last talked about it! Nice inlays!
Semi-hollow body bass in the 4001/4003 shape? Can you sketch out where the soundhole goes?

That's the tough part, man!
I haven't found the sweet spot yet.

Hey Wim...
I remember daydreaming of a "special order" Rickenbacker bass that utilized the lower bout shape on both sides of the neck... any possibility of materializing that 30 year old daydream in regular old Mapleglo?

look what I found in my drawer with Paul written on it
I haven't managed to get the inlays etc into it yet, but this is maybe already a nice base for you to work with sketches
