Effect of a refin/restoration on value?

When I received my '62 625 it was:
- refinished in white
- sporting Schaller tuners drilled out to 3/8"
- missing the washer, nut, and arm from the vibrato
- missing the bridge cover
- configured with a Dimarzio in the routed bridge cavity
- missing the neck pickup, as the cavity was filled
- missing the upper pickguard
It did have the original electronics, knobs, roller bridge, nameplate, and jackplate.
I'm thinking that no matter how many of the original parts I put back on (I may get the pickups, upper pickguard, and tuners), it will never be considered a collector's item because of the routed bridge cavity and subsequent plug. Of course, the 315/325 on eBay is ~$8000, and somebody took a router to it.
These are my questions:
- What is the approximate value in the condition in which I received it?
- How is the value affected if I refin in something other than the original finish?
- How is the value affected by a particular finish? For instance, is fireglo more valuable than Jetglo?
- How is the value affected if I refin in a non-factory color?
- What's an approximate value of the guitar in the following condition: good refin, new Accent tailpiece, original roller bridge, new bridge cover, new pickguards and electronics, bridge HB1, neck hi-gain, new Rick tuners with adapter bushings?
- How much does it change the value to install the new parts instead of the original pots, pickups, pickguards, and broken tailpiece?
