According to folks hanging around where Mac is rehearsing for his new tour (and Macca Central) Paul and company are rehearsing "You Won't See Me", "Helter Skelter" and...wait for it..."In Spite Of All The Danger"

COOL!

I had heard reports earlier that the people across the way from the Millennium Dome had complained about the noise. I dunno about you guys, but if I could open my window and hear Macca ripping through a set, I'd be quite happy!

I've always loved the bass lines in YWSM. Love to see that live!

I second Jerry's vote about YWSM's bass line. It is a fantastic one, one of my favorites. Helter Skelter, too--another great bass line!

One thing about McCartney, he has all these jewels that he has never played in concert, and each tour he brings something fresh in.

Imagine...a slew of classic, great great songs, never performed live. That's why I was blown away during his Driving Rain tour when he opened up with "Hello, Goodbye".

I can't wait to see him again in the States. Even if he dosen't use his 4001S any more. I wish he would pull it out again.

Hey, he might get word that We Who Must Be Obeyed (forumites) are requesting said bass being used (at least for Wings era tunes, it's only fair)!

If he can stand the smell of it after all these years. That bass has no sealer on it, so it might smell like dirty armpits by now. Pictures I've seen of it show it turning green in spots. If that's the case he could use the new C64S JH gave him. That would be nice to see as well.

I love that he is mixing in some great old tunes. No offense to anyone but I would love to see a McCartney show without, Let it Be, The Long and Winding Road, Yesterday and all of those standards. Mix in some Rubber Soul, Revolver, White Album etc...

It has had sealer on it for a long time now I think, it was put on when it took a trip back to the Ric factory during the 70's unless he stripped it again. Look through the Ric archives. Mark the MD who helped do it used to belong to this forum
