No he didn't, he never played the 4080 or any other Ric Mike, sorry that was a bit of imagry on the Jumbo screen while they were playing, of he and Alex both playing doublenecks back years ago. I really wish he had, played any Ric but he didn't I had two other bass player friends with me and we never took our eyes off of him. the whole night, sorry guy, he never let a Ric darken his shoulder the whole night, I really wish otherwise, but it never happened.

Thanks for the update man, seems a couple of fanzine websites have made big errors, they've published the setlist, but seem to have confused the video screen images. I'll go put them right!

Hey Mike - where did you see the setlist?
Can you put a link up? I can't find it.

There's a good point, Mike, something like that may be in the works, but the debut concert for the 30th tour didn't see the Ric's appearance. I hope that at one of the shows Geddy does whip out a Ric, for old time sake.

True, but if you notice, they are doing "Between The Wheels". I can't remember the last time that they did do that song. It's got to have been close to a decade. That was very cool to hear live again. Although I would have enjoyed hearing "Camera Eye" too.

I gather 'The Camera Eye' is on a list of 8 rehearsed songs that the band are going to swap around. 'Between The Wheels' was last played on the Power Windows warm up Tour of 1985.

Has it been that long, Mike? Where does the time go? That's 19 years for "Between The Wheels", man I had no idea.

If memory serves, Between The Wheels was only played during the GUP tour. I've seen them every tour since Signals and I can't remember ever hearing it other than that tour. Also, the last time The Camera Eye made an appearance was the Signals tour. I wish they would include that and Countdown....which was amazing live. Wow, I feel old. 22 years ago..YIKES!!!

Your right Scott, Between the Wheels was played during the GUP tour, and also for the March '85 Power Windows warm-up dates in Florida, before being dropped for the full '85/'86 tour. The Camera Eye got played on the Moving Pictures and Exit Stage Left tours of '81 and also Signals tour in '83 then dropped, Countdown played only on the Signals tour. There doing a 3 hour show, needs to be around 6 hrs to get everythinmg in!!

I'm going to see them June 8 in Detroit, will let you know if anything else makes it in. I would LOVE to hear "The Camera Eye". I'm glad that it seems that they are having a little fun with their history.

Well...saw the Rush show last night, and it was AWESOME, as usual. No Rics made an appearance except on the video screen (there were a LOT of them!), Geddy played the '72 Jazz most of the night with the exception of a red Custom Shop Jazz on 2112, and a dark sunburst Jazz for the first 3 songs of set 2.
And Between the Wheels was AWESOME. Almost forgot how much I like that song!
