Hey Mark,

Just wanted to let you know that the tuning and intonation problem with my 325 has been solved.

Not one to take a drill to my guitar, I decided to take it back to my tech and have him check it out suggesting that the bridge may have to be moved back.

And guess what, the bridge was definitely in the wrong place. He moved the bridge back 1/8". It know plays very nice. What a difference an 1/8" makes.

And guess what, there was a problem with one of my strings. The A string was screwy.

I'm just glad I can play the thing now. I love it. It's the best guitar.

Thanks for all of your help and suggestions Mark. I truly appreciate it.

Josh

Yes indeed, a stock guitar. The bridge was not in the correct place. I would have sent it back to Rickenbacker, but I know they wouldn't have moved the bridge. They might have just said "use Rickenbacker strings." Who knows.
