I just got off the phone with Tommy at Rickenbacker and if you want promp service you must phone them.with their ISP down they have not had access to their email account .I'm sure that it is frustrating for both the public and the guys at the office.

So hang in there guys ....use the phone.

I received an email from RIC on April 27, 2001 indicating that the company's email system was still not working optimally.

California is going through a tough time at the moment....seems everything is happening at once .

Lets hope normalicy returns soon.
