Blues Magoos

I'd like to know if somebody knows if the guitarrist Mike Esposito from the 6t's psychedelic band The Blues Magoos played a Rickenbacker (12). Tracks like 'So I'm wrong and you are right' or 'Gotta get away' seem to have the lovely Rick sound.
