Mp3's for 5002v58

Post by robcollins »

Has anyone come across any Mp3 files of a 5002v58 mandolin. I wouldn't mind hearing one before I consider puting in an order.

There's a girl in Chicago named Jamie Lynn Paradise that has a Jetglo one. Supposedly one of 2 made in that color. The other one went to Peter Buck of R.E.M. I remember liking the tone quite a bit & was considering a purchase (I play mandolin too). It played really well. I believe they're only available in Mapleglo (except below)which is the 2nd reason I haven't purchased one yet. #1 is money.
There's a Desert Gold one here: http://netmar.com/mall/shops/muscon/ricnew.htm#r364

If I could get in touch with Jamie I'd get an MP3 up. Will work on it.
Cheers,
Bill

They sound sweet, in any colour. I have a fireglo. Mellow to crisp treble. All the way through sounds great. Go for it!!
