The buyer has backed out ...
I have a note posted in the Rickenbackers For Sale area of this board.

Ok all .. .the Second Chance offer didn't go through. Apparently 3719 was a bit too high.
Anyhow... I just posted this again. 7 days this time; Ends next 9/17 this time around.
