There is an interview with Roger McGuinn in the October Acoustic Guitar Magazine. This is worth reading. He discusses his current projects, Internet site, and new signature Martin 7 string. He actually compares it to the sound of his Rick and how he utilizes a style developed by George Harrison.

I just wish the article would have told us what kind of Lace Senor pickup Roger is using in the Martin HD-28/7. Other than that, it was very informative.
