Rickenbacker did make pink for a very early trade show. The model also wore pink! It is in one of the Rickenbacker books available. Congraduations!

Guys,

How rare is the White/Black finish, really? I though it was pretty common. I have a bass identical to the one in the auction, maybe 8 out of 10 shape, and the neck though small is solid as a rock; I run Fender nickel rounds on it for ten years I've had it and only touched the rods once, it plays like a dream.Image
