Roommate for my 360-MG

I know this is kind of out of the Ric realm and I hope no one is offended but I need some help.
Just saw a blonde 2003 Guild STarfire with Bigsby Vibrato at the Guitar shop... now I got G.A.S. bad...
I am hoping someone can help with a few questions:
1) Price is $1050 with hard case. Is this a fair and good price?
2) Does anyone else own this guitar and what do you think of it?
3) Is it worth trading my 1988 Guild D-15M (all mahogany) for? The D-15 was made in Connecticut so it is a "real" Guild, not a Fender.
The blonde Guild would go great with my new Ric 360 and the sound is so different than the Ric. Plus, I really am moving away from acoustic and have a Yamaha that I can still play for kicks.
What do you all think?
