I dont understand why people put an opening bid that is $10 less than their BIN. Start it lower and put a reserve on it. When people bid on something, they get interested in it. In this case, I say, Nope, too high and just move on.

I did the same thing Steve. If he used a lower starting bid others would get interested and spur more buyer interest. He must be trying to avoid the Reserve fee!

I start my auctions at the lowest that I am willing to accept. I hate reserve auctions. They may generate more interest but I'd rather just list it to sell and not to generate interest. I don't get the start just under the BIN thing either....just list it at the BIN and be done with it.
