Rerelease of "A Hard Day's Night"

Ok folks, what's the story . . .
I've seen that AHDN is being rereleased on VHS and DVD in December of this year! What's the story . . . remastering, enhanced image, outtakes, extras? It was released to a few theaters this year, wasn't it?
A film still studied in film schools and somewhat
underexposed to the younger set who still think the Backstreet Boys and N'Sync are worthy!
As with the "Beatles 1" album, I will buy several copies for gifts to musically reawaken the younger members of my family!
