BEING SLAPPED .
_WHY DIDN'T TONY JACKSON GET THIS KIND OF
LENIENCY ?

RJHC: There are many factors that come into play not the least of which are the circumstances and the era. Having said that, I consider that the discrepancy between the punishments doled out in these situations is the fundamental difference between the British versus the United States justice systems.

There's a huge screaming argument going on right now in Australia as to whether to give him a visa or not. Concert tickets are on sale but the visa is being held up because of his criminal record.
My 2 cents says don't let him in BECAUSE of his criminal history not his music(If that's what it's called).
In a few short years we'll be asking Em'n who?
