I was going through some old photos and stumbled on several old black & whites I took while I was stationed in Berlin, Germany, with the Air Force ('69-'73). This is one from the Wings Over Europe tour, which was the band's first ever European tour, and was taken at Deutchland Halle on the band's final tour stop on August 24, 1972. Enjoy ...

Great picture Paul. I saw the Wings Over America tour in Philly. I wish I would have had a camera with me back then. Do you have any more pics to post?

Yeah I do -- I always have a dickens of a time getting them down to a size the forum accepts, but I'll try a couple more in the next day or so. I love the Ric bass, though, don't you?

None better! I just sold my FG, and bought a MB.
I miss the FG, I wish I would have kept it.
Here's my family of basses.

Great picture Paul. McCartney with his Rick is the coolest!
Would you email them to me? I'd love to see them full sized. I'll trade some that I have if you're interested.
Thanks,
Kevin

Will do!
I love nice maple! I finally got a digital camera, so maybe I can get some pictures that show it off a bit more. Here's another fuzzy one.

Bob,
You have about 4 emails going your way. I hope they weren't too big!

Thanks Kevin, I've seen some of them before. Looks like some are from the Ram album if I'am not mistaken. Keep them coming

Nice J bass! Is that a re-issue?

No, it's a '65. It's been in the family for 25 years. I bought it from my oldest brother in '89. He still wants it back.

Paul,
I'd love a higher-res copy of that Macca pic! Any chance?

Paul,
did you have any luck finding the rest of your pictures? I'd still love to see them.
Thanks,
Kevin

Hi,
Sorry, Kevin. I did find them, but with so many irons in the fire, I kind of forgot about them. I will get them out to you. It might be better to send them to you directly rather than trying to size them for this forum.
Anyway, I will get a few of them over to you.
