I have played them all. Nice imports.
Oh yeah, they use Knucklehead Strings (

Great strings, and soon they'll have FLATS!!!

They are supposedly set up here and I can call to find out what they play like if any of you are interested.

I'm a little curious as to how they sound. I've never played a semi or full-on hollow body.
The blue finish looks nice. A blue burst would look better. I wonder if anyone is working on that.....

To me, that looks like how Paul Reed Smith would interpret a Gibson EB-2. It's got the Gibson ES-335 body shape and "Mickey Mouse ears" horns with the upper one stretched like a regular PRS solidbody. And the headstock is PRS-style.

I saw an epiphone JC in tobacco burst and it looked very 4005ish to me. The black or gold ones didn't, but for some reason I immediately thought that the TB looked similar, although it did have it's picguard removed so maybe that's why. But I agree that those basses pictured above are similar. I really don't like the colors or headstocks (you'll poke out your drummers eye with that thing)dm

Agreed. The headstocks are hideous. Like they attempted to do something else with it, but it didn't work, so they sanded that shape.

I wish I'd had one of these headstock/scyths the other night when a not very proffesional drummer sat in with us...slow/fast/wrong beat/feel/thought he was Moon in a blues band..argh!!! It might have come in accidentally handy..dm

I've got a gig in less than two hours, (5pm GMT).
2hr set with one support band.
It's our new drummer's first gig with us, he's so nervous. Good but very nervous. He's only had a few days to learn all the stuff, (16+ songs).
Should be fun anyhow.

Big blues scene here in New England. If you want to see a good blues band tune in to evolvingartist.com tonight at 8 EST. You'll hear a lot of Little Walter/Sonny Boy Williamson type stuff, the band is killer, no Ric's sorry. It's basically a jam but these guys have played together for a while. This is not a plug, as I'm not playing, I quit a while ago.
