I have two different computers I use to access this site. On one of them it is ok, on the other the arrows and pictures have disappeared today as well. I'll have to look and see what is the difference in settings between the two.

Thanks Sergio. I suspect the arrows and images should return now after browsers are refreshed.

Peter ... this only happens on my home computer ... my work computer works fine ... I think was accessing the site through the njh.ca link ... then that came up invalid ... so I forwarded a link from my work computer to my home computer and I could access the site but no images or arrows ... maybe it is my norton firewall?

I had the same trouble yesterday. There were two small empty boxes alongside each topic, and pictures were missing, too.
This morning everything is back to normal.

Jeff, it's not the firewall.
Take a look at the versions of browsers on both systems, and also which service packs and systems patches have been applied.
If you're getting these issues with IE, swap to Netscape, Mozzila, or Firefox .....

I'm getting arrows and all photos just fine using Firefox (my default), original Mozilla, and IE. And I'm using the buil-in firewall that comes with XP.
So the problem can't be with the forum, it has to be somewhere in your settings.

Both of the computers I use are now working ok. I didn't make any changes, the problem seemed to occur yesterday and then disappear this morning on one computer only. As they are both on the same connection it must be something in the one computers environment causing it. The one which didn't have a problem is Windows XP and the free version of Zonealarm. The one which did is Windows 98 and Zonealarm Pro. Both use Norton Antivirus.
