Fireglo skis!!haha!!

Yes, I finally got to meet another forumite and what a meeting it was!! Three 4005's at one sitting is almost too much to comprehend....throw in a v63 for good measure and this quickly turns into a MAJOR "oooohh/ahhhhhh" experience.....

All turned out well, everyone was happy and it was a very enjoyable experience!! That 2-1/2 hour ride home was pretty quick...haha!!

I would also like to add that Jeff is an incredible bass player!! He brought sounds out of that v63 that I didn't think possible Image

Another successful "Ric confluence", hopefully just a taste of this coming May.....

The bound FG was professionally refinished in '03, and comparing it side by side with Jeff's new V63, it is virtually identical in consistency....

I am also a convert over to the D'addario Chrome flats! Jeff has them on his 4005 and I got to play them/it yesterday and as far as I can see, these are the smoothest strings out there.....so, of course I bought a set at the GC and restrung my 4005 with them...badabing!!

Someone better get that jetglo one at that Guitar Center in California because I'm seriously GASsing these babies in a major way....AND I'll be stopping there, only BRIEFLY , at the end of this month!! ;^)

Here is a post from our friend Mike Gutierrez on Jan 24th....not much to go by but if you look up their number and call them....you never know... Image

"There is a 1974 jetglo 4005 at the Guitar Center in Hollywood for $5400. Pricey? For sure. I know they have some room and it could be negotiated. "
