Jeff,
Try setting the email notification to "on" in your profile, this way as soon as a post is made in that section you'll get a copy of the post via email. I use this all the time and it works really well.

Best looking Ric bass model ever, IMHO... I am still blown away each time I open the case. And she sounds and plays like a dream too. Just perfect in every way.
