Just wondering if anyone else here plays a bit of video games in their spare time when they're not playing guitar.

I rarely play games but every once in awhile comes a title that I just need to buy.
I've been waiting for this game a long time now.
So I went out and bought it yesterday, a bit expensive for my taste. But I know this game can and will keep me entertained for a long time.

Up till now the game is pretty good, graphics are about the same as the 3rd addition to the GT line. I haven't really checked back GT3 but it seems the lighting is better in GT4.
Physics improve with every new release so of course this one is of no exception.
They brought back the used cars, which is pretty nice when you start off.
You can import A and B licenses from your GT3 saved game and 100,000Cr. I haven't done this because I really want to start fresh. The licenses just got a bit harder I find, and there's more of them if I recall correctly.

Overall, even tho I only played for about an hour, the game looks very good.

I haven't picked up GT4 yet....my car won some shootout and got a pretty cool place in the game I guess ('04 VW R32) so I certainly have to get it at some point. I wasn't going to get it out of spite since they kept delaying the release but I am weak Image. I haven't had much time to put into PS2/XBOX for a few months but I feel a spell coming on !

When I was in college, a guy across the hallway in our dorm had a video game. We would all go over and watch. And if we were lucky enough, we would get to try our hand at it.

It was called PONG.

That's what was in all arcades when I was a kid.

My grandfather said, "Pinball machines are the only machines made that you can put money into and not get anything out of."
