Would like to trade a mint 6120 Golden Anniversary (post Fender) for same condition 6122-62SP. I am in a British Invasion Tribute band and want the fake f-holes, Electrotone body.
The 6120GA is an absolutely incredible guitar; (MSRP $3800) gold lacquer (not poly) finish; Aged binding that coordinates very nice with color. TV Jones classic Filtertrons, all gold hardware; ebony neck and rocking bar bridge with ebony base; real Mother-Of-Pearl neo-classical inlays, Gretsch logo and horseshoe on headstock; Black headstock matches ebony fretboard and beautiful contrast with gold body; the neck is perfect with soft V; open back Grover tuners that are smooth and stay in tune; Bigsby B6 with great action and moves forwards and backwards very smoothly. The finish on this guitar is stunning; the action is low; plays and sounds like a vintage Gretsch. It’s truly a great guitar that you could keep for years.
