I'm just curious to see if anybody has put a Ric humbucker in their 360. Anyone?

I put HBs in my 360 about a year ago. Since then, my 1997 Vintage Reissue probably feels very neglected.

You put them in both positions? Can I ask for an approximation of the sound? What would you say they most compare to in terms of the sound? I'm intrigued...

I was thinking of doing the same. Come on RC, or anyone that knows, what does a 360 sound like with the humbuckers?

The 380L has humbuckers, but being made of different wood, it should sound a bit different from a 360 with HBs.

I would best describe the HB's sound as being a much warmer jangle than a toaster or hi-gain. I do have the HBs in both positions.

So I assume the humbuckers darken the sound a bit? A little less treble would be good in my case...I play through a Hiwatt which tends to be on the bright side. Anyone else have any info?
