I've been battling with time zones ever since I started on the forum, Paul! My post above (6.23pm) was 7.23am here. As far as GMT is concerned, buggered if I know! Maybe 10 or 11 hours ahead.

Perhaps we should start a thread where a nominated person in each time zone posts at the same time. From there I'm sure we could work it all out!

I've worked out a few things:

I'm 10 hours ahead of GMT, 13 hours ahead of Peter (who's in the same time zone as Greenland!) and 18 hours ahead of you, Paul. Both Peter and you are on daylight saving at present.

Whew!!

Get the daughter a 4003!

That'd be a nice present. :-)

I'm on BST (British Summer Time) which is one hour earlier than GMT. It is now 20.48 here. So I am four hours ahead of the forum time.

OK, so now we should refer to the time shown on postings as RFT?

Paul,

Enjoy your little JG 620. I've got the 12-string version and it's the best Rickenbacker 12-string I've played. In JG Rickenbackers look SO Beatle-ish,too!

Respectfully,
Larry
