LOL!

Now if that was a 60's guitar.........

Early 80's High-Gains are highly sought after with Peter Buck/R.E.M. fanatics.

But the guards and the TRC are broken.

BTW, the early '80s high-gains are THE best Rickenbacker pickup ever made, IMHO.

The parts look O.K. the rest is firewood, maybe the F.B. could be salvaged. If this were a collectable piece I would tackle it, but unfortunately unless this was someones pride and joy handed down by a loved one, IMO to many broken pieces to put back together. It would be a nice donor for someone to tinker with. Another Humpty Dumpty gone by the way.

Bob, I have a 1980 330 with hi-gains & they are unlike any other Ric I have played. They do sound like a Ric, but have a VERY single coil sound, akin to a Telecaster with attitude!
The sound is big time inspiring to solo with.
