It looked kind of like a 650C but it didn't have a maple neck and it only had 2 control knobs yet it had 2 black pups and no chrome surround. Maybe someone can help me out. I don't know why they did. I do know they also made a few Glenn Frye signature basses that looked just like the guitar. Maybe it was a last minute thing to make the basses instead of finishing the guitar run? Just speculating. I decided I'd rather end the edition early rather than do the things asked which I felt would diminish the value of the guitars already produced.   J.C.
