Must be a early 1990's model. The 12 string headstock looks like most 1990's 12 string models. Shipping can be expensive - but still worthwhile. I have found Japanese dealers to be very straight to deal with. Someone didn't hang it back on the rack correctly. It fell to the floor with a huge chunk of wood popping off the back butt of the guitar.
