Just caught some footage of this year's Glastonbury festival, and it was great to see Bernard Sumner playing a 360/12 for a rendition of Joy Division's "Love Will Tear Us Apart". You can see it at:

Finally, a real Rickenbacker in their arsenal....seems like yesterday Peter Hook was thrashing around on his Hondo Rickenfaker....

It's sad Hook needs an FX processor to try and make his Bass sound like a Rick instead of just going back to playing one.

You should check out Interpol on that link too. It seems that daniel Kessler has given his 330 a rest, favouring an Epiphone Casino at the moment, but their performance is still awesome.

Yeah, it seems he's favouring the Epiphone more and more for live work...saw them in Toronto a couple years ago and, although I could see his 330 on a stand at the back of the stage, he played the entire set with his Casino. Fantastic show nonetheless.

Just seen them again in Manchester last Friday. Casino all the way I'm afraid. My mate Bill, who's never seen them before, was totally speechless when we walked out at the end.

(Interpol that is - not New Order)
