I realize the 350 is a hollow body but was wondering how close the 620 with toasters would come to emulating a 350. I think it will most likely sound similar to a 660. The 350 is just over my budget at the moment.

Dan,

The 620 is a solid-body, making it less expensive than a 320/350. The 620 would have a tad more treble and sustain as well.
Comparing both guitars with identical p/u's, they'd sound quite similar to non-enthusiasts.
It's hard to go wrong with a Rickenbacker. Good luck!
