greetings
i'm getting ready to change out my pguard and trc when my new ones get here. i'm also changing my stock knobs to the tv variety. how do i take the knobs off safely? is there a specific tool used to pry them off?

After you loosen the set screw on the side of the knob, the knobs generally just lift right off. Worst case, use a short loop of string or wire around your wrist and under the knob to pull it off. Prying often ends up cracking the pickguard.
