Maybe I've lost something in the exchange rate here, but a list price of $925.00? My first venture out of Fenderland into anything remotely Rickenbacker was buying a used one of these on eBay 6 years ago for $225.00, no case. Didn't need a Bigsby, you could just pull back on the neck and....... The pickups were marginal and that tailpiece looks like it was designed by a cake decorator ( my apologies to all cake decorators out there). I was lucky to unload it at $175 and I felt guilty for doing it to that unsuspecting buyer. I even got a glowing positive feedback from him. I would imagine that the guy that sold it to me felt the same way. Never again.

Nice spotting, Pat. At least he doesn't use the 'R' word. A Tokai is a Tokai. Good boy!! He's got to be joking price wise, though..... erk!!

I'm pretty sure the tailpiece is chrome plated spaghettoni number 7........

"This guitar is similar in look to the guitars made famous by the british invasion."

...and I bet that's where the similarity ends :-)

Chinese (perhaps Japanese) imitation toasters - one can only imagine! However, sometimes these things can sound pretty good - like some of the zillion Strat copies out there. :-)
