Jast put a set of thomastic invelds flatwounds on my 360 12. What difference it made. The seem to have that vintage tone and dont feel as stiff. Used the ric strings for a while. There ok. Try a set these i think you will really hear and feel the difference. Gary

Just bought a new fender deluxe modified and it sounds fantastic with the jangle box a little delay and reverb. Go try one out you will love it. Gary

Try the new fender deluxe modified. It is crystal clear. Little reverb and delay and of course the jangle box. Its a great sound. I couldnt believe how good that amp sounds with the ric 360 12. Gary

Think im gonna try a couple sets of the thomastic intveld js 44flat wounds.They come highly recommended.They gauges are a little lighter than the standard ric round wounds. I talked to the guitar tech at rickenbacker and he said these strings are to heavy and will put too much stress on the neck. the gauges are to heavy. May even void the warranty

Does anyone know if Roger Mcguinn is using round or flat wound strings on his 370?
