Who's still waiting on a BBR?

Post by nukebass »

I was going to post a more specific topic in the Basses section, but figured I'd open it up to all BBR models.

I'm still waiting on a 4004Cii and wanted to know who else was waiting on their BBR to come in. This way I'll know I'm not alone Image

My order was placed in March of 05, but I didn't reserve it until late November of that year. I'm just getting anxious!

I'm waiting on the Blueburst Cheyenne as well. Ben Hall says they will be made late this year, so I'll have a Blue(burst) Christmas . . . .

I'm waiting for a Blueburst 4004Cii as well so you are not alone Ryan.

But I'm more excited about my 4003FL AFG ordered on 1/3/06.

If the BBRs still aren't done, then I'll probably be old and grey before my AFG arrives.

I'm waiting on a 4004L BBR. I believe the order was placed in January 2005. I doubt it will be here by Christmas.

Looks like they're pretty much the only models not to have been built yet. I'd toss the 381's and the mandolins in there too.

I thought there would be more than 5 of us here.

I'm curious just how rare these 4004's are going to be.

I'd bet that Mandolin is going to be a one of a kind!

I'm curious, too, Tony. I'm going to try to keep track of the 4004's as best I can.

I wonder if RIC is going to make the 4004 BBRs and AFGs at the same time. Maybe on these less produced models they'll just put together a big run. So far, I think, three 4004Cii BBRs have been made. If I were a betting man, I'd bet we'll see them sometime early next summer, but hopefully I'm wrong Image
