It's being written as we speak :D

The Rick is gonna make a short appearance on my band's first album which will come out next month - right now the 12er on the album is a vintage EKO Cobra XII, which sounds nothing like a Rick...I'll only use the Rick for about 30 seconds on the entire album because I really want it to stand out.

If you wanna know the beginning, I started playing guitar when I was nine. About six months later I came across this album in my dad's collection...

...and decided I absolutely had to have a Rickenbacker. I begged for one for the next sixteen years, and my parents finally agreed to help me buy one when I graduated from college. So I got my butt in gear and got out ASAP. My parents brought the guitar up so I could get it immediately after graduation. And now, here we are.

Congrats on both the guitar and finishing school, Marshall!

It's a beaut. Is that Blueboy, or white?? Hard to tell from the pics.

Yes, congrats! Two great accomplishments, graduation and a new Rick!
I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

Looks white to me, not BB, right? Did they get it for you new or new-to-you?

It's kind of hard to tell from the photos, but it also appears to have full width inlays and for sure, vintage knobs. Striking!

White finish (you can tell by the black binding), small inlays, vintage knobs. And absolutely gorgeous. :)
